Welcome!

  My name is Thomas Gardner, I am a massage therapist licensed in the state of Alabama(#3545) and a member of the associated bodywork and massage practitioners . I have in excess of 5000 hours of experience, as well as training in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, positional release techniques, prenatal massage, neuromuscular therapy (NMT), Sports Massage, and spa techniques.
